Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly through cfx.re escrow, all sales are generally final once the product has been added to your account.

2. Eligible Refunds

We may grant a refund if a product is fundamentally broken, cannot be delivered to your account, or was charged in error, provided you contact us within 14 days of purchase and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue.

3. Not Eligible

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of framework/knowledge to install a product, incompatibility clearly stated on the product page, or after a product has been used in production.

4. Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops the next payment; it does not refund the period you are already in, and access continues until that period ends. Cancel from the link in your Tebex receipt or by asking us.

A promotional first month is a discount on a recurring licence, not a trial. If you cancel during it you keep access until the month runs out and are not charged again.

A renewal charged after you asked us to cancel, or a payment taken twice, is an error and we will refund it in full.

Open a ticket on our Discord or email [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are processed through Tebex to the original payment method.
