Functionality

• Bills can be paid at different locations or can default to one key
• Hacker prevention the fine price limit is placed in the config if a player exceeds that amount a log is sent to discord with the information of that player
• Offline payments between players are allowed so the player who sent you the fine is offline, you can pay it
• When a bill is sent the player receives a note with the descriptions of his bill (NUI)
• Language in Spanish or English
